He is the founder of Ithaca Improv, where she regularly teaches improv classes and runs communication skills trainings for organizations in Ithaca, NY. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a NYS certified conflict mediator and a certified practitioner through the International Applied Improvisation Network.

John Peters is a Principal with the Steelcase Applied Research and Consulting team. He brings over 35 years of industry experience both in a design role and as a consultant. In his most current role, he has lead strategic consulting engagements and workplace strategy development with over forty clients. He uses his expertise to help clients link their business strategy with culture and spatial strategy.

Andre Phillips

Andre Phillips PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also an affiliated faculty member of Wharton People Analytics and a Senior Fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics (LDI) at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, she was on the faculty of Cornell University.
